As we know, spring and summer are creeping us on us. Even though the weather right now is not the best, it's going to get hot really soon. Who's feeling like they can't get into their super cute denim shorts... I know I am ! That's why I am starting to eat clean :)
I found this picture on Pinterest and I think it's great to follow to know what really is clean to eat. This list has really helped me get on track and be aware of what I should and shouldn't be eating. If you feel the same as I do, I suggest bringing this to the grocery store next time you go!
